Biodiversity
Which species have been recorded in each district, and where in Ghana a species has been recorded.
This module has no data yet. Tinga Lens does not show placeholder or example numbers, so this page stays empty of figures until real results are published.

Data coverage
The number of species recorded depends on how much surveying has been done. A district with few records has been visited less; it does not have less wildlife. No record of a species does not mean the species is absent.

About this module
Recorded species Observed are counted from GBIF, the international database where museums, researchers and citizen-science projects publish their records. Tinga Lens places each record in a district and counts the different species. Read the methods.
Conservation status. Tinga Lens does not publish conservation categories. For the status of a species, see the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. To protect sensitive species, positions in downloads are rounded to about 11 km.
Habitat suitability In development would be a model estimate of where a species could live. Nothing is published for it yet.
